Print Scholarships on Demand Webinar
If you think your kid's colleges are going to give him or her their highest and best offer out of the gate, you might be in for a rude surprise.
Each year, thousands of parents optimistically open their kids' financial aid and scholarship offers, only to be slapped in the face by the harsh reality of insanely high tuition, but with hardly anything in aid.
Or nothing at all.
Like our client for several years, Fiona. (Not her real name.)
This past August, when Fiona (still not her real name) received the award for her son, a rising junior at an elite, urban Ivy League school, she thought there was a mistake.
In numerical terms, here's what they offered:
BUPKIS.
Fiona was miffed because, two years earlier, her son had received a fairly generous award. But not now.
Fiona got on the phone with us, namely Pearl, who files financial aid applications for 400+ of our clients annually.
"What happened? Why did they give us nothing this year?"
Pearl had her theories, but before jumping to conclusions, advised Fiona to appeal the award. The first step was to reach out the the financial aid office to gather information.
Successful financial aid appeals usually fall into one of three categories:
*Drop in income since the Base Year for financial aid
*Out of the ordinary, significant increase in expenses
*Better offer from a rival college
But in Fiona's case, none of these explanations applied, as it turned out.
The actual explanation:
Stupid financial aid officer.
Fiona's officer didn't know the rules, so she did the equivalent of denying the application.
So then Pearl pointed out the error of her ways. She drafted a letter for Fiona, walked her through how to send it, and where.
I won't bore you with the details, but I'll tell you the result:
55 Large in grants. Free money that doesn't have to be repaid.
Fiona went from zero to 55,000, by schooling a dum-dum in this Ivy League financial aid office.
The best defense against dummies working for overpriced, rip-off colleges is a good offense.
I am that offense. Many find me offensive, but that's not what matters.
Tonight (Monday), I'll show you how to level the playing field against the overpriced, rip-off colleges, even if you think you "make too much" to qualify for any type of financial assistance.
I'm running a new webinar, called “How to Print Scholarships on Demand.”
You'll discover how to slash your tuition bill by 56% or more, even if you think you can't possibly qualify for any type of aid.
I will also reveal:
*Legal and ethical loopholes that you can use to "hide" your savings from the financial aid office
*How to negotiate your puny, low-ball offer
*The strange, counter-intuitive reason an expensive private college can cost you less out of pocket than a so-called "cheaper" state university
*The politically INcorrect truth about which type of families get the lion's share of aid
*How to identify colleges that will be generous to your kiddo
*More, including your questions. We'll be live and chatting away throughout the presentation.
It's free and there's nothing to buy.
Here's where to go:

P.S. I meant it when I said that there's nothing to buy on our webinar.
If you end up being interested in our financial aid consulting services before we shut down for the 2025-2026 cycle, and want to speak with us about it, we'll tell you how to do that at the end of the class.
But only at the end, you get a hall pass to leave before that if you want it.
